During your Main Phase, if this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; its becomes Level 4, and if you do, immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 Astro Synchro Monster using only this card you control and that monster. You can only use each effect of "Babylon Coatl" once per turn.

When a monster declares an attack: You can banish 1 "Babylon" Spell/Trap from your GY; negate that attack.

  44. If you control "Babylon Serpent", you can activate this card the turn it was Set. If you activate a "Babylon" Quick-Play Spell, you can add this additional effect to that card's effect at resolution.
