Chained Manip Guide notes

Most important parts:
Do not explain how things work, just explain how they're done.
Follow a reasonable order: don't explain that you need to start the game between 9.95 and 10.02 when you're catching Abra.
Warn of difficulty. 2:40 or better, probably.
Make two videos: One for Abra and then another one for Taillows.
Appreciate other runner's efforts. No Abra manip is perfect and there are basically infinite outcomes that are 100% viables.

Notes:
-Present yourself: your name, your content, your accomplishments.
-Have two timers prepared. Eon timer is not used in this, but it's a possibility that I haven't figured out.
-Adapter/non-adapter: differences.
-Restart the game after talking to Devon guy. Turn frame (don't turn right away, as that won't result in a turn frame).
-Start both timers are the same time. Hold B after first screen (black fadeout) to instantly skip the cutscene (100% necessary for non-adapter runners).
-Press "CONTINUE" from 9.95 to 10.02. If you hit earlier, you can stop for a tiny bit while running so that you get a good outcome (maybe stop holding the directional input for, say, 4 frames). If you are super earli, you can also just walk a tile instead.
-Follow the path that's shown on the video (let video play, don't say anything until Karen. Pause the video).
-Explain Method #1 and #2 (Hollow Frame and Tricky Frame). Explain that there are 6 Abras in total, but only 2 are routed out for the chained manip.
-(Abra appears). Tell them to pay close attention to the audio cue. Pause video after Abra's cry. Before resuming, mention that one of the two timers MUST be at 0.00.
-Method #1: Throw ball from 30.95 to 31.18. Method #2: from 30.68 to 31.00. Mention to always look for a sweet spot. Maybe 31.08 for Hollow Frame and 30.80 for Tricky Frame.
-Mention that these are 20 frames windows.


---TAILLOW VIDEO---
-Tell everyone to watch the Abra video first, as this makes no sense otherwise.
-Mention that there are about 38 Taillows. (DO NOT SAY BIRDS).
-Also mention that you can't make any extra steps before this manip, as this might mess up the results (DO NOT EXPLAIN WHY; EXECUTION, NOT KNOWLEDGE).
-Two different scenarios: early exp (fighting Tommy first) no early exp. Slightly different birds.
-Say "NO" to naming Abra at about 16.85 for Method #1 if you caught Abra at 31.08. Method #2 will be 16.92 if caught at 30.80. -Adjustments are not that important, but you need to do it slightly if you caught him with about a 0.04 discrepancy. For instance: you caught Abra at 30.85 in the Tricky Frame. You will need to adjust ever so slightly --perhaps 16.90 instead of .92. This is pure safety, and the manip should never fail even if you don't really do this. Livesplit is not perfect, which is why we do this.
-Taillow catch frames will be shared with everyone in my pastebin page. Use these to YOLO ball them.
-Mention that most of them are 20 frames clusters, but some are 11, 13 or 15.
-Tell them about bad frames: how to fix them and how to spot them.
-Mention that as of now there's a bad frame that is yet to be fixed.
-Only the most common frame for both scenarios will be shown. Tell them to refer to the "Chained Manip: Possible Taillow Frames" video for the rest.
