[11:08pm] Alivi: Izumi subtly gestures to inside the botany lab. The lights are all off, but the door isn’t closed.

[11:11pm] Alivi: The lights are off. Nothing really of note. There seems to be a table that is clean and a sink and other equipment. The air is filled with the aroma of herbs and spices that have been ground. Bundles of herbs are drying and various plants of all sorts that are typically used in Chinese medicine are growing.

[11:23pm] Balthazaar: "Zhou, a gret deal of these plants are toxic to touch. You're going to need to take a decontamination shower now. But before that, I'm going to need you to tell me what you're doing hiding in my friends lab."

[11:25pm] Alivi: “[I really hope he is joking…]” Izumi says in Japanese, she sounds exasperated.
[11:25pm] Orion_: " containment kit?" Zhou points his red hands towards a beaten up box
[11:25pm] Alivi: Izumi looks at the table and sees the kit there. she glances at markus.
[11:25pm] Balthazaar: Markus frowns. "The lab, Zhou. why are you running about in here like a bull in a china shop? And why on earth do you have the same model mobile containment device as the one which disappeared from /my/ lab earlier?"

[11:29pm] Balthazaar: Markus frowns. "Christ..." Her reaches over and grabs Zhou by the collar. "Come on." He tries to haul him to the standard decontaminant shower present in each lab. Once Zhou is in, turning it on. "Why in gods name did you /steal/ mine, rather then applying for one from containment? have you considered what I might have contained in there?"

[11:36pm] Alivi: She sighs and puts on gloves and carefully starts placing her herbs and flowers back. Hopefully none of them are severly damaged.
[11:37pm] Balthazaar: "Was mine, and remains so." He frowns. "what exactly are you here to contain? Hopefully something as threatening as a goldfish. And while we're here, what is this I hear about your attitude towards the Japanese?"
[11:41pm] Orion_: Zhou removes his wet shirt, revealing four irregular circular scars

[11:44pm] Alivi: Izumi straightens the plants up and murmurs some small words of encouragement to help them recover...

[11:48pm] Orion_: "When you see one face you see them all, who ever it is." Zhou laments, painfully sober
[11:48pm] Orion_: "All I have been doing is dodging them anyways."
[11:49pm] Balthazaar: "... you don't even make sense." He says through gritted teeth, hands clenched so hard his knuckles are white
[11:50pm] Alivi: Izumi has just gotten very quiet. She tosses her gloves and stays quiet. Listening.
[11:50pm] Orion_: "[ all you chinese dogs are inferior]" zhou recites from memory

[11:52pm] Balthazaar: "right. and just to clarify, you see all the Japanese as the same as those you fought in the war, correct?"

[11:58pm] Balthazaar: "Jesus..." Markus drags him outof the lab and drops him on the floor of the hallway, goes back, shuts off the shower, goes over to Izumi, gently hugs her, then takes her by the hand. "Come on, you don't need this."
[11:58pm] Orion_: There is an effort to recover, but it is as if someting buried deep under zhou's personality was ripped out by the interaction.
[11:59pm] Orion_: Zhou gets up, and takes ever slow steps to the showers.
[11:59pm] Alivi: Izumi looks over at Markus, “…Is…he ok S…should I?” she does feel an obligation as a doctor but her eyes are all teared up and its clear she isn’t doing well.
[12:01am] Balthazaar: "He's fine, come on." He tries to lead her towards his own lab.
[12:01am] Alivi: She sees him get up she exhales and lets Markus lead her to his lab.
[12:02am] Balthazaar: Markus kicks the door to botany lab closed with his foot, and leads Izumi to his section of the lab, closes the curtains and sits her down in his chair, before squatting down before her
