Short list of goals for the rest of 2015

Subject to change obviously:

Speedgoals of current games(in order of importance to me):

Smash 64 Kirby 3-Stock Normal: Sub 7 minutes. Current PB is 7:01, and I REALLY should have had it by now. Should be able to achieve this once I go back to Nuts and Bolts and do a couple of sessions of grinding.

Nuts and Bolts any%: Sub 2 hours RTA (360 version). This’ll probably take a while because of derust and such, so it kind of worries me. Last time I came back to the game after a long hiatus it took me a month to pb. Also there’s a bunch of new stuff I need to learn and vehicles to redesign. And no I’m not getting an Xbone just to get a free timesave that would make sub 2 less meaningful.

Sonic CD Good Future: Sub 20 minutes in game time. Game is a really fun run, and idk I just wanna go back to it, there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Shantae Risky’s Revenge 100%: Sub 1:30 (without learning quick kills). I say without learning quick kills because if I learn them it would cut 5-7 minutes instantly. If I ever bother to learn the quick kills before achieving this goal obviously my goal wouldn’t be just sub 1:30.

Tooie Low%: Sub 54 minutes, maybe sub 53 minutes too. This is last on the list not because I don’t really care to take the category seriously for gdq if it gets in or just in general. It’s last because trying to get a really good time in this category while dealing with beak bombing flies is obnoxious, so if I fall short on this goal I won’t feel too miffed about it.

Semiblind race goals (games I REALLY wanna race by the end of the year):
Sonic 3 and FUCKLES: don’t care with who but I’d prefer Tails or Fuckles over Snoci because I’ve already played through as Scoin before but don't remember ever playing through as Tails or Fnux.

Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour: Not sure what category, maybe just any%? That’s where you just go through all the stages on a new file.

Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg any%

Another Mario Kart: Double Dash All Cups Tour race? I know a lot of people in the last one wanted to do it again but I’m dumb lol

Another Shadow the Edgehog race? NG+ if we do it though because FUCK having to watch all the cutscenes again. Also, if I do another race like this I’d prefer to do it in a way where you’re required to do all the hero/dark/neutral missions in each stage. So I guess All Objectives is a better way to say it.

Casufag goals (streamwise only I guess):

Cave Story + Holloween themed Playthrough: One of my favorite games period, ever since I've first played it in 2010 I like to play through it at least once a year. Technically this will be less then a year since the last time since I last played it at the very end of 2014 into the beginning of 2015 (post AGDQ 2015) but I really wanted to play it with the Holloween theme. Gonna try to do a Curly playthrough this time for shits and giggles.

Jet Force Gemini playthrough: For the donation drive thingy I did one of the rewards was that the top donator(s) could pick a game from my huge backlog of unfinished garbage for me to play on stream. One of the top donators, Scykoh, requested I play Jet Force Gemini. I think I’ll start this in November.

Shantae: Pirate’s Curse (Wii U version): Played through it on 3DS when it came out a year ago, bought the Wii U version, yet never touched it on there. Gotta take care of that soon especially since Half Genie Hero can come out at any time.

Shantae: Half Genie Hero playthrough: Too fucking excited for this game for my own good. This of course is assuming it actually comes out this year, Wayforward loves to drop the release date bomb on us without warning.

Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash: The only other game that’s coming out this year I’m anywhere near psyched about. First Mario Tennis game ON A CONSOLE since the Gamecube like 10 years ago. Comes out November 20th, and I pray to god it has online. Either way I. AM. PUMPED.

fArt Goal:

Make an Animated short: Seriously, it’s been over a year since I’ve done one. 2 Months might seem like a short amount of time to do a full on short but I need to at least try. Gonna start working on this as soon as I finish the commissions from the donation drive thingy + my new logo.
