I'm active during the day outside of when I have to work or have class, but for the most part I am on all day.
2. Have you had any mod experience before?
I've modded Wikia chats since 2012 and currently am a moderator for a server with ~50 people in it. I am a former moderator of a larger server with ~200 users that has since been inactive.
3. Are you willing to mod a server or problem, and not abuse your powers?
Yes, I will not favor certain users and be fair as a mod.
4. What times of day are you most active on?
I'm most active late at night or in the middle of the day on days without class.
5. Are you working any job or attending school? this will determine activity too.
Yes, I am attending college and work for the college. Attached is a picture of my schedule.
6. SCENARIO: What do you do if someone is spotted breaking a rule? and how would you determine what's kick worthy or ban worthy?
I would first warn the user and not kick but kick if said user does not stop. A ban would be a last resort but I would ban if there is repeated instances of rule violations.

Nope.
9. Have you owned a public server yourself?
Not a public server but I do own a small private server.
10. Will you be able to mod by yourself if say the whole staff is asleep if it ever happens?
Yes, though my time zone will make it so that this scenario isn't likely to happen.
