- By Alm's clue, F1 must be a female character who lived in Ram Village during Act 1. Thus, Faye is in F1.

- By Faye's clue, all four remaining Villagers must be in F2-F5, meaning A5 must be a character from Ram Village in Act 1 who is not a Villager. Thus, Mycen is in A5.

- By Alm's and Mycen's clues, E1 must be a male character who can learn Seraphim. Thus, Saber is in E1.

- By Faye's and Saber's clues, F3 must be a Villager from Celica's route. Thus, Atlas is in F3.

- By Saber's and Atlas's clues, E3 must be a Cleric/Saint from Celica's route. Thus, Genny is in E3.

- By Genny's clue, Celica, Mae, and Boey must be in either D3, E2, or E4. By Mycen's clue, E2 and E4 must be able to learn Seraphim. Since Boey cannot learn Seraphim, Boey is in D3.

- By Alm's and Boey's clues, C1 must be a male character found in a prison cell. Thus, Jesse is in C1.

- By Jesse's clue, Alm must be adjacent to a Pegasus Knight and Clive (as Clive is the only character who starts as a Cavalier). By Alm's clue, B1 must be female, so Clive is in A2.

- By Clive's clue, Celica cannot be in Row 2. But by Genny's clue, Celica and Mae must be in either E2 or E4. Thus, Mae is in E2, and Celica is in E4.

- By Celica's clue, Kliff and Tobin must be adjacent to each other, and by Faye's clue, both of them must be in Column F. Thus, neither can be in F2. Thus, Gray is in F2.

- By Jesse's clue, A2 is a Pegasus Knight, and by Gray's clue, Palla, Catria, and Est are not in the puzzle. Thus, Clair is in A2.

- By Mycen's clue, E5 must be a character who can learn Seraphim, and by Tobin's clue, E5 cannot be a Cleric/Saint. The only character remaining capable of learning Seraphim is Delthea. Thus, Delthea is in E5.

- By Alm's and Delthea's clues, D1 must be an unpromoted female character, i.e. Silque or Sonya. However, by Mathilda's clue, Sonya must be adjacent to Deen, which would put Deen in D2 if Sonya was in D1. However, by Delthea's clues, D2 cannot contain any promoted characters, like Deen. Thus, Silque is in D1.

- By Kliff's and Silque's clues, Lukas and Forsyth must both be in Row 2, but cannot be adjacent. Therefore, they must be in either B2 or D2. Thus, Python is in C2.

- By Python's clue, Leon must be adjacent to in either B2, C3, or D2. However, by Silque's clue, B2 and D2 are either Lukas or Forsyth. Thus, Leon is in C3.

- By Leon's clue, Kamui and Deen must be in either A3 or B3, and by Mathilda's clue, Sonya must be adjacent to Deen. If Deen was in A3, then Sonya must be in B3. However, that would put Sonya in the same row as Genny, which goes against Mathilda's clue. Thus, Kamui is in A3, and Deen is in B3.

- By Mathilda's clue, Sonya must be in either B2 or B4. However, by Silque's clue, B2 is either Lukas or Forsyth. Thus, Sonya is in B4.
