crystal r29 manips(credits to stringflow)

This manip gets no encounters on the first route 29/30 pass with a consistency of 59/60.

The concept:
    - Save on this tile (https://i.imgur.com/fNdcUFv.png), the Route 29 sign will pop up and cause lag + not letting you buffer start,
      but if you time your input right you can get rid of the lag
    - Hard reset and buffer the intro
    - After pressing Continue, wait on the file info screen and hit one of 3 consecutive frames in a cluster
    - Observe NPC movement to figure out what frame you hit and execute the correct path

Approximate offset for GBP/GSR: ~11.94 seconds

Requirements:
    - PoisonStepCounter = 3 (should already be the case unless you take an extra step)
    - StepCounter = 33 (talk to mom and walk left for the scientist, which is the fastest route)
    - StartSecond = 0 (already a requirement for Totodile manip)
    - Clock set to 5:57PM (already a requirement for Totodile manip)
    - Your trainer sprite must be a girl

(NPC1 refers to the Catch-Tutorial guy, NPC2 is the 2nd NPC you see)
