@raiders Regarding last night. Firstly, obviously the end of the raid was not pleasant for all involved. Its a shame that things got a bit heated and part of it is due to the issues we have been having with the prepatch, and some down to people just wanting to relax until BFA. To that end, I must say that we are a raiding guild, and we will continue to raid for the remaining 2 resets. The week before BFA we will not raid. If in these raids we run into similar issues with untuned, or impossible bosses we will have a discussion and the officer team will make a decision. Its important that you all know that the opinions of raiders do matter, but we have to emphasise that there is a correct way to raise issues. Saying in raid chat "Call it." or "This is shit." is not one of those ways. A PM to an officer is much more useful.  To be clear, my personal opinion was that Imonar was very killable. Most of the deaths were due to personal misplays combined with unforgiving mechanics.

Sometimes the officer team here will make decisions that you may not agree with. That is fine.  But this guild clearly advertises what we are, when we raid, and anything of that like. That means by being in this guild you agree to the rules of the team, you agree to raid 2 days a week for 6 hours to the best of your ability. You don't have to, nobody is holding a gun to your head, but that is the basic premise that the guild has been founded on. If you can't do that part, the same as every other member in the guild, then that is a decision you have to make. But in normal raid times, we will always look to continue raids. If you don't want to raid and play the game there are other places that will allow that sort of attitude, but we won't. We raid as a team, for each other. WoW is not a solo game.

Finally, we are a team. Lets remember that. We have 4 raids left between now and BFA and we will do our best to get as many Argus kills as we can. Thanks very much. Love you all.
