Lev. 100 Star Pieces minimal/cutsceneless/encounterless route
*GENERAL GUIDELINE: Star Pieces are usually obtained along the way. Detours should only be made after obtaining Super Boots because of far panels.*
 **Item routing is a joke here, only useful really for the first two fights (Fright Mask Goomba Trio and two Fire Flowers against Red Bones).
 XP routing is non-existent.


Crump+Goombella Skip w/ Lev. (no bandit stealing half your coins = keep it all!)
Lev. to UHE, Lev. to Pipe from East Rogueport Wall
Lev. to Chet Rippo, upgrade BP from HP
Goomba Trio, Blooper Room Lev. Hover -OR- HRG
Lev. to Hooktail Castle, Power Bounce, Paper Mode and all Hooktail Castle pieces, but don't fight Hooktail and leave
Ch7 Red Note, Fortress pieces & moon piece
Buy Mega Rush, set up Peril
Staircase switch revert
Save in Blimp area, Levitate from Train LZ to background to Blimp, defeat Macho Grubba (first Pit cutscene needs to Levitate so you don't fall and softlock if no temp. Koops, automatic temp. Goombella post Ch-3 for Darkly activation cutscene)
Ch4 up to Tube Mode
Tube Mode Lev. Hover -OR- GBB then Levitate outside LZ (OOB) to Ch2 pipe, get Super Boots first for panels, then get remaining Boggly & Tree pieces


Pretty much free afterwards. Ends touching the 100th Star Piece at Riverside Station.

So, to put into perspective:
- Only the Gold Star is needed (afaik) in order to achieve this goal.
- 3 fights, minimum, in the whole run.
- Not switching/minding about partners is viable, this route offers just that.
