METHOD #1 WORKING AS OF MAY, 2019 (PROOF :http://prntscr.com/nqkfth )
Basically you start by buying the amount of v-bucks you want with PAYPAL (that is important).

Once you have bought the v-bucks wait a day or so it seems more authentic, then we go onto PayPal and create a dispute with the transaction, choose digital goods/services, then you need to say something around the lines of "I haven't received my v-bucks and it has been over "x" time! I need my money back".

After this wait the 5 days that PayPal make you wait, then escalate the payment saying you didn't receive digital goods or services and say the same thing as last time (this message gets sent to PayPal to review as Epic Games wouldn't respond to your dispute).

Now wait and soon you should get your money back! I have done this to over $150 payments, don't abuse it, avoid refunding the expensive v-bucks, stick to the 2 cheapest options as they are the most safe.

Have fun!! (Sorry you have to wait, better than nothing though right?)


METHOD #2
First of all, this is a One-time method.
You'll need to have a Microsoft account linked to your fortnite account.
Go to Microsoft store and purchase the v-bucks amount you want, then you go In game and see if you got your v-bucks.
Once you have them in your fortnite account, go contact Xbox support on the Microsoft website, tell them that your little brother accidently purchased the v-bucks amount, they'll ask for his age, tell them 16 or 17.
They'll tell you that they will refund your money this time only, and it can be done once in a year, they'll tell you also to set a security key to your console to avoid this kind of incidents in the future.
Enjoy your free v-bucks, you'll get to keep them even when you get refunded.
Works all the time, once a year per account.

FREE GALAXY SKINS
1- Download and Install HxD Editor (Download Link: https://mh-nexus.de/en/downloads.php?product=HxD20 )



2- Open the program and click on "File" - "Open"



3- Now open the file located in the next folder (or where you have your Fortnite located): "C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Fortnite\Fortnite Game\Content\Paks\pakchunk0-WindowsClient.pak.bak"



4- Once you open it, search for "Sun Strider" (for example)



5- Now we are going to change the CID of the Sun Strider for the galaxy skin one.



Search up for the next line: CID_030_Athena_Commando_M_Halloween

And replace it for this one: CID_175_Athena_Commando_M_Celestial



6- Save the file, open Fortnite, go to the locker and pick up the "Sun Straider" skin. Congratulations!! You can now play as the galaxy skin!!

(if you don't have this skin, you can replace the CID of other skins, like the Founder Edition one or even the Default).
