Balance changes:
-Increased the AOE damage debuff on Exorcist's crit effect from -15% to -25%
-Base damage buffed to 6-10
-Chastise reworked: now has +15% damage vs unholy and eldritch, damage modifier removed
-Word of Power: damage reduced to -40%
NB: The effect here with the base damage tweaks is that Chastise's raw power will go up, while WOP will stay the same.

-Buffed base Acc on WOP, Vade Retro, Ashes, and Perdition by 5
-Vade Retro can now be used in positions 1, 2 or 3, but not 4.
-Ashes to Ashes changed - stress resist buff removed, stress heal now can affect self
-Changed Benediction to be usable on self and reduced the self speed debuff from -3 to -2
-Debuff on Proselytize removed, attributes buffed; level 1: +2 speed, +6% crit, +25% damage vs marked
-Changed Scorched Rosary trinket to give bonus stun chance instead of debuff chance
-Hallowed Ground changed: now gives +10 dodge and +10% prot if torch over 75
-Rallying Sermon changed: now gives +2 speed and +5 acc, and another +1 speed and +5 acc if religious

Other:
-Word of Power visual and sound fx tweaked
-Added French and Polish localization
