ADR is All Dungeons Restricted. This is All Dungeons with the biggest glitches from the past decade banned, including indexwarp, text overflow (TO), stale reference manipulation (SRM), and equip swap. This makes it similar to the 1:33 route, though some newer stuff has been found that makes it a bit faster than that route such as ESS dupes.

This should be a good category for pros and beginners alike!
