- If you can't get Neighborhood to connect by typing your console name in then enter your consoles IP which can be found in Network Config
- If that doesn't fix it you might be having connection issues due to neighborhood having issues with either physical or virtual network adapters so try to disable any network adapters you aren't using. VPNs are a common cause of this.
- If your Xbox360 SDK version is too old then you will have issues using it to connect to RTE tools as it is outdated. This only applies to extremely old versions of the SDK keep that in mind.
