→ If you have a good father, it's almost impossible for a woman to become a spy. Maybe a terrible father is one of the causes for becoming a spy. It is the story of a spy girl. So it is more likely that your father or parents grew up in such a home as well.
・ You can't enter the orphanage without a letter of introduction?
→ After the Industrial Revolution, the city developed rapidly and the gap between the rich and the poor and unemployed workers there was a influx of orphans. They were doing other things instead of picking up children who did not have a family. Because of this situation, there were times when they formed a gangs to survive on the street among orphans and did criminal activities more than adults. Some people founded orphanages to manage the situation but it was strict, difficult and impossible to save all the orphans in large amounts. There is no choice but to take in a limited number of people to take care of, in some cases it is easy to accept someone if they have a letter of recommendation from a person you trust.

→ In addition to the classical langauge which are taught in general education, the royal side required foreign languages which are necessary for diplomacy as the royal family. For example, Iberian, Burgundian and Latin. (It says Eastern Carolingian here but wiki says the official langage was Latin)
