- recipe for 2
- tools: a wok, and a knife
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1/8 leek
- 1/2 paprika
- 4 cloves of garlic
- tomato paste
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 stalk of cherry tomatoes (~10)
- ~100g of turkey breast
- ~100g of chicken breast
- ~200g spaghetti
- spices: garlic powder (~2 tea spoons), white pepper (~1 tea spoon), black&red pepper (~1/2 tea spoon), oregano (~4 tea spoons)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1) slice and dice the vegetables
- 2) cook the meat for ~3 min in salted water
- 3) cook the spaghetti for ~7min and set it aside afterwards (add olive oil to keep it from sticking)
- 4) fry the meat, then move it to the side of the wok
- 5) add the zucchini and carrot and cook for ~2min
- 6) add the leek and onions
- 7) add the paprika
- 8) add the tomato paste (and roast it for a minute or two)
- 9) add the garlic (don't burn it or it will become bitter)
- 10) add the can of tomatoes
- 11) add a bit of water (~100ml)
- 12) add the (precooked) spaghetti
- 13) let it simmer for a ~10min
- 14) squeeze the lemon and add the juice
- 15) enjoy !
