- 2) Grammarly check of all posts/articles to make them grammatically correct
- 3) Boost the posts via Facebook every month - both the own posts and the guest posts as well, because it creates good onpage user interaction/experience and indirectly helps in Google rankings.
- 4) Optimize onpage content for keywords with focus on titles and anchor texts and above the fold content, use of synonyms and similar expressions to avoid keyword-penalty - a good tool for keywords is the Google Keyword Tool - another one is Google Keyword Planner (in the Google Ads platform)
- 5) Upload XML sitemap to Google Search Console
- 6) Monitor indexed pages (fluctuation/deindexing etc.) in Google Search Console
- 7) Write meta description with relevant text - possibly with CTA's
- 8) Test site speed: GTMetrix
- 9) Shrink site files (page files, image files etc). to make everything load faster
- 10) Make sure page(s) are responsive/work well on mobile
- 11) Upload and disavow toxic URLs in Google Search Console
- 12) Use Hotjar to check the site's heatmap - then work on better onpage user experience with the design team
- What else would you do?
- You can also include image SEO. Name the images using keywords and fill the image heading and description with relevant content to the picture. You will get traffic from image search especially for topics that are visual.
- You should also have a sound content plan which creates articles in such a way that you can internaly link them. Internal links are almost as important as external backlinks.
- A very good strategy. I like it. Thank you for sharing with us.
- Pretty sure #3 doesn't help SEO directly or indirectly.
- Make sure your site has a valid markup (on W3C Validator).

- I think the most profitable is linkbuilding strategy.
- The SEO strategy that you shared here will work well. You can also add few off page activites to that same like document sharing, image sharing, blog commenting etc which will be helpful along with this strategy.
- Uhh.. our SEO strategy is something like 40% of my checklist, but the basics are covered well. You can broaden it if you elaborate on each step in your checklist more.
- nice strategy, I wonder what else can be done.
- I think I'd add:
- 13) add embedded videos to content, so that people spend more time on certain important pages
- 14) split up large pages into multiple pages, so that people don't just navigate away, but click further in order to increase the average number of pages visited per session (important metric in Google Analytics)
- 15) put primary content in the top part of the website
- 16) avoid placing ads above fold and/or in top part of the pages (Google's algorhythms apparently don't like that)
- 17) link out to high authority sites, but make sure you're linking to highly relevant useful content (not just linking out for the sake of linking)
- 18) always use "nofollow" for outbound links
- 19) frequently update main page, even if the rest of the site gets rare updates/or has mostly "evergreen" content
- 20) use a commenting system on the article pages - helps increase the time spent on site, which could help in SEO
- 21) use image alt texts, but avoid stuffing them excessively with keywords
- 22) focus a lot on optimizing page titles (browser window titles) and make sure they are in line/related to the page's H1 tag
- 23) scrap thin content and/or avoid creating useless content and/or minimze its proportion of the entire site
- 24) create easily navigable menus and site structure
- 25) detect broken links and fix them periodically (sometimes outbound links get broken)
- I think you with such knowledge you can yourself give advice and not ask them: D
- The SEO plan which you shared here will probably do the job nicely. You might even add off few page activites to the same such as document sharing, picture sharing, website commenting etc that will be helpful along with this particular strategy.
- I think you with such knowledge you can yourself give advice and not ask them: D
- I was hoping for some exchange of opinions/experience. But I see not many people around here are into the latest SEO trends.

- I recommend working on brand awareness. You should use not only backlinks but also references.
- If you have the money drive paid traffic to your site Google adwords or bing ads.
- 10X Content Campaigns: This involves providing content and experience that is 10x better than the current ranking. In this strategy, you need to create content around the keywords that actually define your business, and are:
- Genuinely useful and/or educational
- Evergreen
- 10x better as compared to the ones that are currently ranking
- Have high chances of attracting & earning links
- You are confident to promote those on a massive scale through outreach or paid social campaigns
- Content Re-optimization: You need to create inventory of pages/assets of your site that can highly affect its branding, traffic generation, link earning and conversions when further improved.
- These pages can be as below:
- Low-performing pages (in terms of organic traffic and engagement rate) but target mid-to-high search volume keywords.
- Content articles or blogs that cover important topics for the business but are already outdated.
- Strong and information-rich pages, but aren’t able to attract or earn high-value links.
- Rank More Long-Tail Keywords: It is very important to build your campaign’s momentum, especially when you’re working on a site that’s in a highly competitive industry.
- You can also do it by targeting low-hanging opportunities for quick positive results – and then build on from there.
- The aim of this particular strategy is to create or optimize existing content assets that cover topics that have less competition.
