Sneaker Contract


This Agreement is made between Brady Scott Blank ("Client") and Bradley Joseph Heine ("Seller")

1. Services to Be Performed
Seller "Bradley Joseph Heine" agrees to perform the following services: Ship the shoes "Adidas Yeezy boost V2 (BLUE TINTS) The sneakers are slighty used and are NOT deadstock sneakers. The sneakers will include the original box, receipt, and stuffing. If any of these items are not included, buyer "Brady" Is entitled to immediate compensation.


2. Payment
In consideration for the services to be performed by the Seller "Bradley Joseph Heine, Buyer "Brady Scott Blank" agrees to pay Buyer at the following amount" $295.00
Seller (Bradley Heine) shall be paid within the same day of shipment.
Once Bradley Heine provides sufficient proof that the shoes have been shipped (Tracking number) then Brady will transfer funds to Bradley.
3. Shipping Expenses
Buyer (Bradley) WILL be covering all shipping & handling fee's.

4. Reimbursement
If the buyer "Brady" finds proof the shoes are unauthentic, the Seller "Bradley" Will compensate him 100% of the funds, AS LONG AS THE SELLER SHIPS THE SHOES BACK TO HIM SHORTLY AFTER RECEIVING COMPENSATION.
Seller Reimbursement
If the Buyer "Brady" refuses to transfer funds, and receives shoes without payment. Seller "Bradley Heine" Will bring a copy of this contract to the Police department and file a scam report on the buyer.
5.Applicable Law
This Agreement will be governed by Louisiana, and Montata government.
