  1. Hello its Kinoshita Yuka

  3. its this. "Gu no shi" gunoshi. its been downloaded over 10 million times it is a news application with entertainment sections sports and all sorts of things. it makes it easy for you to find all sorts of information.
  4. alright lets look for a few things
  5. uwaaa~ I can find all sorts of news
  6. oooh this drama I really wanted to watch this it got 13.1% huh... I feel like I won't be watching this *giggle*
  7. oh its Rinachan she's cute. oh its birthday plans hmmm.
  8. you can even read manga in this app with new ones like Nodame Cantabile and Kindaichi its easy to catch up on your favorites. so nice isn't it?
  9. These are nice and all but the thing I am most interested in is..... Food
  10. here it is. to be honest I already did a search and found a recipe I liked and clipped it. to clip something is to uhhh lets take this starbucks frap here for example if you feel like clipping it you hit the bottom and do this you can easily find it from the clip button screen up top
  11. and with this feature you can collect all sorts of things you like together in one place. and mine is filled with food.
  12. today I will be making this large shiu mai <Steamed usually pork dumpling but can be different fillings other than pork>
  13. so we will be following the recipe from gunoshi and making it!!!
  14. the ingredients are this:
  15. dice an onion
  16. its been diced
  17. in a bowl I add the onion ground meat and a 1/2 tablespoon of ginger
  18. in this we add the sauce 2 tbsp sugar. 2tbsp soy sauce oyster sauce sesame oil 1 tbsp <and I think cooking wine 2 tbsp>
  19. and now mix to incorporate
  20. it smells so good the ginger and soy sauce are really coming out
  21. K its mixed
  22. thinly slice gyoza skins
  23. and in a fry pan arrange half the skins
  24. on top of that you place the meat mixture
  25. I put it on
  26. and flatten it all around
  27. I flattened it
  28. and then place the remaining gyoza skins on top
  29. and decorate with green peas
  30. to look like this
  31. add water and cook on high
  32. once it starts to boil lid it and lower the heat to low
  33. simmer for 8 minutes
  34. I will open it
  35. UWAAAAAA~ it looks so yummy
  36. cook on high till the remaining water evaporates
  37. add some sesame oil and crisp the bottom
  38. tadaaa its done. it smells soo good
  39. OISHI SOUU DESUUU
  40. I poured a mixture of soy sauce and vinegar on top
  41. if you cut it into pieces it resembles small shiu mai
  42. mmmm! the meat is so juicy and the bottom is nice and crispy with the sesame oil
  43. freshly made things are the best aren't they
  44. its ridiculously good
  45. it really looks like a shiu mai doesn't it?
  46. now to compare this to a regular shiu mai that I've eaten in the past the bottom is nicely crisped and since there is SOOOO much to eat I think I might prefer this.
  47. shiu mai are sooooo tiny and to all these tiny little pieces its nice to have something with a big slab of meat and a thin skin... I think I might really like this
  48. the last bite itadakimasuuu
  49. GOCHISOSAMADESHITA
  50. the meat was very juicy and the skin was crisped nicely it was very delicious. gunoshi was very useful and everyone please give it a try in the description below I'll add a URL if you would like give it a look
  51. and as always thank you for watching if you liked this video please hit the like and subscribe buttons BAI BAI
