4.) Batman TAS

I’m the night, I’m Bat... wait, wrong person. I’m not Batman but ever since arriving here I can’t help but to think like him. Like him my parents were killed, but not by a purse snatcher named Joe Chill, but by home invasion gone wrong. They were rich, but not as rich as the Wayne family. Still our home was like dollar signs to some low lives. They broke in & my parents confronted them, which lead to their deaths.

I had witnessed everything, drove me to a vengeance similar to that of Batman’s. My parents & his were killed just a few months from one another, which compounded the tragedy. We were the same age and together we travelled across the world training in various martial arts & other things.

However we had gone our seperate ways for awhile. However I returned a brief tour of Europe back to Gotham. That’s where I reconnected with Bruce Wayne. I was there when he fell for Andrea & only a short time later he was both engaged then unengaged in a short period. He had told me of his plan,  in which I had revealed it was similar to my own. However mine wasn’t about justice, it was to fight dangerous people to prove myself.

Gotham changed a lot during our time away. It turned upon itself, becoming a crazier version of an already crazy city. Needless to say our work was cut out for us. I was free to use Batman’s equipment whenever I needed to. However we did a lot of our crime fighting in seperate locations in Gotham, that way we didn’t step on one another’s capes. I had free access to the Batcave & Batman’s equipment, as I didn’t have an underground cave system under my manor.

During my time here I frequently went up against Batman’s Rogues & even travelled to Metropolis at times to help Superman. I also became friends with Superman, through his day job as Clark Kent. Like Batman I helped out when requested. I also became good friends & another father figure for Batman’s young sidekicks the Robins. I was there to support Dick when he became Nightwing. Even helping Bruce & Dick to mend their relationship.

It was a fun couple of years, I had a dangerous lifestyle that put me in dangerous situations on a nightly basis. However I prevailed through it all. I became really wealthy during this time. Not only through my own inheritance, which was $100M/month or $1.2B/year. I also helped myself to the cash & other valuables that Gotham’s mob lords had. As long I wasn’t with Batman I threw their stuff into my warehouse after knocking all them unconscious.

While my time was longer than a decade, I felt it was right time to leave when I had to. I had spent my last few weeks with my friends. I said my farewells, telling them I was heading to Europe to start life a new there. I never told any of them about my Jumperstatus. I had a blast in the DCAU universe, I’ll try to return someday.
