• What is your motivation for joining our guild/Why are you leaving/have left your old guild?

My reason for applying to the guild is so that i can start doing mythic raiding at a high level , the reason i left my old guild is because they advertised themselves at 7/9m but i later found out that all their main raiders left and that they had no progress done

• Do you have any leading experience? Officer,Raider leader, Event Manager etc.

In my previous guilds i have almost always eather raid leaded or managed healing cd's

i have all the time in the world to dedicate to wow atm

• Are you willing to change/have the gear to play your offspec if needed?

 deffinatly aslong as it fits the dps category ( i feel like i perform best in here)

• How do you prepare yourself for a mythic boss encounter? How much time do you put into it?

i make sure i have all the consumables ready for the whole raiding session and some extra's , then i usually read up on tactics untill we start or i read tips / tricks from high level players i usually start prepping half an hour before it unless its a new mythic encounter like the new raid comming out , then i start looking at optimal traits / talents and such whenever they are available

I know my logs dont look that great because they were all done in pugs but i believe i have the ability to help the raid with whatever means necesarry , theorycraft the best builds possible and grind for how long as i need to.
I also will make sure i am doing as well as possible.

I have a good understanding of game mechanics and can quickly adapt towards situations , also have good problem solving skills and believe that am good at communicating ( can do call outs etc but also know when to be quiet) i am comfortable learning any new classes if necesarry in the future  and hope that i can prove to you guys that i am worth having in your guild ^^
