A Noble Phantasm that can be only activated in an area claimed by Archer's Territory Creation skill. It possesses two current forms depending on the amount of 'territory' that has been claimed. In areas less than 234 mi², Archer can summon a number of gangsters depending on her master's mana capacity. Each can possess a different firearm from the Prohibition Era that possesses the same strength as a low level Noble Phantasm, allowing each to damage servants. The gangsters themselves are around the strength of a normal human. In an area of exactly 234 mi², Archer is able to summon into the world an exact recreation of 1920s era Chicago and dragging all living beings in the area into it, rewriting the current reality of the area. The mystery and divinity of all servants is negated, bringing them onto par with Archer and making them susceptible to normal attacks by non-servant entities. Due to its high mana cost, this Noble Phantasm cannot be activated for long periods of time.

Upon being summoned, Archer possesses 5 different firearms: a Colt Detective Special, a Thompson M1921AC, a Double Barreled Shotgun, a Winchester Model 1897, and a Smith & Wesson Model 10. Each one is capable of damaging servants. Upon releasing its true name, the power of her guns is increased at the cost of her true identity being revealed to all that see her. This cannot be reversed once its activated.
