A Game of Croquet

Mrs. Doubtfire is having an affair with Mr. Plum, but she is married to Duke Doubtfire. Howver, Duke Doubtfire is having an affair with Ms. White, who knows about the affair between Mr. Plum and Mrs. Doubtfire, and is jealous. Mrs. Pink is the sister of Mr. Plum.

Angered beyond reason, Ms. White has arranged for a pleasant game of Victorian croquet, during which she plans to exact her vengeance against Mrs. Doubtfire. She has rigged a complicated system of magnets, which will cause Mrs. Doubtfire's croquet mallet to explode upon contact with a particular ball. Steeling her resolve, she stands back, anticipating the imminent deadly impact.

The moment before Mrs. Doubtfire's mallet touches the ball, Duke Doubtfire drives up in his luxurious Nissan Cube, and parks next to Mr. Plums purple PT Cruiser, next to Ms. Pinks emerald green Element.

Jumping out of the door, he screams at the group, "I can't live this life of lies anymore! I must needs confess my sins!"

Mrs. Doubtfire drops the mallet and stares at Duke Doubtfire, much to Ms. White's dismay.

"What are you doing!?" Ms. White exclaims, rushing to his side. "You'll ruin everything."

Duke Doubtfire brushes her aside, "Not now my love, I must do this for us."

"What are you two talking about?" Mrs. Doubtfire questions, suspicion rising in her voice.

"Ms. White and I are in love, and I am leaving you, you adulterous wench!" Duke Doubtfire spits.

With a sigh, Mrs. Doubtfire faints into Mr. Plums plump, waiting arms; his bottle of Dasani® falling to the freshly mowed ground. Mr. Plum looks on, a look of curious bewilderment on his rotund face, as Duke Doubtfire gathers up Ms. White in his strong arms and carries her into his car, "The Sunset", driving off into its namesake. Mr. Plum gently drags his mistress to the shade of the nearby hedges, as Mrs. Pink decides to resume the game. She takes up Mrs. Doubtfire's mallet, and strikes a fell swipe on the waiting ball, which proceeds to explode on impact, sending her lifeless body flying through the windshield of Mr. Plum's purple PT Cruiser.

"God Damnit!" exclaims Mr. Plum.
