>You try to make it quick for them
>A hug followed by a snap of their neck
>But, after a while, you couldn't hold them anymore
>The trust in their eyes rewarded with your betrayal
>Now you use whatever you can find
>Things that crush, slash, rip and burn
>Things that don't require holding them
>It's still not easy
>Offing the smart ones doesn't bother you much
>If not you, then something worse would get them
>The normal, stupid ones though...
>They just want to be happy but you know that can't happen
>You feel worse for the foals, condemned for being born
>Drowning them is the most humane thing you can do
>Each day you round up more and more
>Each day you slaughter them one by one
>Not because you're a monster or get paid to do so
>No, you're doing this because it's your fault
>You were the head of the project that led to their creation
>You could've stopped it, but pride and greed got the better of you
>Now fluffy ponies are all over, destroying everything
>Screwing up the ecosystem by simply existing

>You plan on doing just that
