  1. Hi Ian,
  2.
  3.
  4. Would it be possible to get the model of the Access Points involved and a few details about the card terminals you’re having problems with? I’d like the MAC address of an example terminal if possible and just the model number of the (Cisco?) Access point.
  5.
  6. I’m not sure what you have agreed with Warren with regards of the need to go to site, obviously there is but it occurred to me that it may make sense to get one of your terminals into our office so I can test it here with our Cisco access points? I would like to be able to prepare for the visit to maximise chances of success. If it’s not possible to do this before going to site, no problem but I have a few questions about the setup if that’s OK.
  7.
  8. Firstly, is there another company involved with the support of the Access Points or is it some on site staff? Are we going to be able to look at the config and any diagnostic information while on site should we need to? Warren mentioned there was another type of terminal which doesn’t have the same issue with roaming, are these supported by yourselves and if not can we look at the settings in these terminals?
  9.
  10. I’ll speak to John about times and where to meet a bit later today, I may have a colleague with me if that’s OK? He has had almost as much to do with credit terminals as I have and I’m meant to be meeting him later on in the day, so if you don’t mind he may as well come along for the ride.
