I've got this Typhoon a couple of weeks ago, mainly cause I always thought they were cool, a truck beating Ferraris when it came out, but that's besides the point. Another coincidence is that the car wears the same name as my shop, Typhoon Performance, and something struck me, that this would be the perfect shop car. Every speed shop has a 'shop car' and this struck me as the perfect one, we're going to paint it yellow and call it the "Spoolbus". The car will not see much road time, it will mainly be driven on the strip, however our aim is for this to be street legal due to the fact that we can run in more classes, right now LSMA has no support for pro mods so a full body, street legal car is our best bet. I've taken all measures to make sure that this vehicle is safe, as I don't exactly want to kill myself, while however still keeping a sleeper aestethic. We're converting the vehicle to rear wheel drive to ensure extra safety, as all wheel drive drag cars tend to have issues with vibrations coming from the drivetrain, which may cause the car some distress. This car is meant to show our skill and be the best it can be, it needs to make jaws drop at the strip so we can get more customers!
