  2. 4 chicken filé
  3. 2 tbsp soy sause
  4. 1 tsp cumin
  5. 1 tsp curry
  6. 1 tsp turmeric
  7. 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
  8. 4 tbsp chilisause
  9. 2 dl chicken broth
  10. 1 dl coconut milk
  11. 4 tbsp peanut butter
  12. 1 lime (I have no idea where this is used, I skip it.)
  13. Serve with:
  14. jasmine rice, chopped fresh coriander, boiled corn, and fingers of cucumber.

  17. 1. Dice the chicken and put them in a bowl. Mix soy, cumin, curry, turmeric, garlic, and chilisause. Pour the marinade over the chicken and let sit for a few hours (just mixing is enough imo).
  18. 2. Put the chicken in a pan and set the stove to high. Pour over broth, coconut milk, and peanut butter, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice, coriander, corn, and fingers of cucumber (cucumber is enough imo).
