- 4 chicken filé
- 2 tbsp soy sause
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 4 tbsp chilisause
- 2 dl chicken broth
- 1 dl coconut milk
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 lime (I have no idea where this is used, I skip it.)
- Serve with:
- jasmine rice, chopped fresh coriander, boiled corn, and fingers of cucumber.
- 1. Dice the chicken and put them in a bowl. Mix soy, cumin, curry, turmeric, garlic, and chilisause. Pour the marinade over the chicken and let sit for a few hours (just mixing is enough imo).
- 2. Put the chicken in a pan and set the stove to high. Pour over broth, coconut milk, and peanut butter, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice, coriander, corn, and fingers of cucumber (cucumber is enough imo).
