Esmire's Lusus is a giant majestic hermaphroditic MUSCLEBEAST called Ganadine. Ganadine has raised Esmire on all the unfortunate bloody grubs impaled on her rock hard bone bulge (and horn).

She is as intelligent as a bowl of bricks, but tamed under Esmire she's a playful puppy now wandering the caverns under the sugar cube mountain. If Esmire was a part of the SGRUB session, her lusus would've died in a cave-in. Either way, Esmire only sees her once a week, to be cleaned and played with.
