Alexithymiaa: -Adam was sitting on the couch with the remote in his hand, Lady draped across the couch with her head in Adam's lap. He was flicking aimlessly through the channels until he found some Law and Order SVU aka the best Law and Order. Setting the remote down, he smiled to himself, altogether pleased with his tv selection. // Jade was milling around in the kitchen making herself a pot of coffee. Filling the pot, she poured the water into the back of the machine and stuck the glass pot underneath it, hitting the on button before going about getting herself a mug down from the cabinet.-
Tsaaq: Hayley came downstairs with Hera in her arms, scratching behind the kitty's ears until they reached the bottom of the stairs. She put her down and went to bend over into a cabineta and grabbed a can of kitty food for Hera. She walked over to her bowl and put the food inside and left the raven haired feline to her own devices. She went over to the living room and said down on the other side of Adam. "She's looking a little better?" She stated unsurely. "Did you ever find out what happened?" Hayley asked.
Smokeless: Dori pulled up to the house done with her shift at work. She looked in the mirror that was attached to her visor. She checked her make up and was making sure the bruises werent showing through. The swelling had went down alot but she was still pretty messed up. She grabbed her bag from the passanger seat and made her way out of the car. she groaned some because her body ached all over. she made her way inside and looked aorund to see hayley and adam in the livingroom."hey hayley hey adam. How is lady doing?" she tried to walk as normal as possible towards the kitchen to get some water so she could take some ibprophen.-
Alexithymiaa: "She's doing okay. She still seems to be having trouble peeing, and she has an appointment with the vet tomorrow after I get out of class. But I talked to the vet on the phone and she said she might have a UTI and it might be painful for her to go and that's why she isn't really going. It might also be that she feels like she has to go, but doesn't actually have to so she keeps squatting, but nothing comes out." He said with a little shrug, stroking his hand over her head. // Jade planted her hand on the counter as she watched the pot drip and brew coffee, watching Hayley come into the kitchen and then Dori, speaking in a small voice. "Hey."-
Tsaaq: Hayley frowned as she went to pat Lady's head as well. She looked over to the two females and gave them both an awkward wave. "Well keep me updated... Does cranberry juice work for doggies?" She asked.
Smokeless: Dori siled setting her bag on the counter."hey" she spoke to Jade as she pulled out her ibprohen bottle and got a bottle of water guzzling down about four pills.-
Alexithymiaa: "I'm sure if it was an option she would have said something, right?" He asked, scratching his fingers behind Lady's ears before lifting his eyes to the tv to watch Olivia Benson do her damn thing. // Once the coffee was done brewing, she grabbed the pot and poured herself a mug, setting it down inside the machine and glancing at Dori throwing back pills. "Uh... not to be a dick or anything, but what happened to your face?"-
Smokeless: Dori looked over at at Jade"I fell." she made it simple and put her pills back into the bag taking a few more sips from the water. She rubbed her eyes feeling exhausted
Smokeless: [my meds are hitting me like a brick wall and im struggling to stay awake im sorry guys imma just go to bed]
Tsaaq: ((Aw night.))
Tsaaq: "I mean... Not over the phone." She said with a shrug. She crossed her legs and glanced into the kitchen before looking at the television. "Wait what is this?" She asked.
Alexithymiaa: "She might have. It's something she could have suggested until Lady's appointment so she wasn't uncomfortable." He said with a shrug, watching tv. "Law and Order? You've never seen Law and Order?" He asked, very surprised because it was like his favorite show. // "Oh." Jade spoke shortly, watching Dori take off for their room before focusing her attention on Adam and Hayley in the living room. "Coffee?"-
Tsaaq: She poked out her lips as she furrowed her eyebrows. "I mean, yeah. I've seen you watch it before but... I haven't really paid attention to it fully." She said. "I don't know. Doctors are strange. Not to be confused with Doctor Strange. The comic book character-" She began to ramble. Hayley looked over to Adam then back into the kitchen shrugging. "I don't know... Do you want any coffee?" She asked him quietly.
Alexithymiaa: "You should. It's such a great show. There's a reason why it's been running for so long." He said with a smile, his eyes jumping over to look at Jade in the kitchen. "Oh, sure. Thank you." // Jade reached up to grab another mug to set down on the counter, pouring Adam a mug of coffee and turning to walk it over into the living room for him. "Did you want some?"-
Tsaaq: "I don't know... Isn't that the show with the crimes and the creeps and stuff...?" She asked him uneasily as she turned to face him a little. "I guess?" She replied to Jade moreso out of civility than anything, shrugging her shoulders nonchalantly.
Alexithymiaa: -He reached his hands out to take the mug from her, giving her a curt nod. "Thank you." Turning his attention back to Hayley, he nodded. "Yeah it is. But it's great. I like all of the Law and Order shows and spin offs." // "You're welcome." Jade turned and walked herself back into the kitchen to grab yet another mug, pouring some coffee for Hayley and picking up her own mug before making the journey back into the living room again to hand off Hayley's coffee, sipping on her own. "Best show ever."-
Tsaaq: Hayley uneasily took the mug from Jade and looked over to Adam. "I don't think I could watch it by myself but I'd gladly watch it with you." She told him and just held the mug in her hands, staring at the liquid.
Alexithymiaa: "You wouldn't watch it by yourself?" He asked her quizzically before glancing back at the tv because he really does love this fucking show. He took a sip of his coffee and watched Jade take a seat down on the opposite couch to join them, kind of just awkwardly sipping his coffee. // Jade tucked her legs underneath her and sipped her own coffee, not looking at the tv at all and just looking across the room at Hayley and Adam.-
Tsaaq: She shook her head. "Not really... Or maybe not now. Maybe someday I can on my own." She shrugged. Her eyebrows furrowed at Jade then turned to face Adam on her spot on the couch, looking uncomfortable.
Alexithymiaa: "I understand." He spoke matter of factly, settling his mug down on his knee to rest there while he was drinking his coffee. His eyes followed Hayley's over to Jade briefly, tipping his head in Hayley's direction and keeping his voice low. "Are you alright?" // Jade just sat across the room, watching them like a hawk.-
Tsaaq: She frowned as she looked over to Adam. "She's just staring at us." She replied under her breath. "After when Bliss told me about-" Hayley began to say before clearing her throat. "We might have to talk about it later." She said and glanced down to her mug.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam's eyes slowly slid over to look at Jade, noticing the stare as well as he forced an uncomfortable smile onto his face. "So... weathers getting chilly, huh?" He asked awkwardly, not able to look directly into Jade's eyes. // Jade nodded her head, sipping her own coffee. "Yeah. But it's nice. I like Fall."-
Tsaaq: She nodded her head stiffly. "Yeah... Halloween is coming up." She said quietly as she went to scoot closer to Adam.
Alexithymiaa: "I like Halloween." He said coldly, spinning his fingers in Lady's fur and not wanting to look at Jade at all now. "Are you tired? I'm kind of tired." He spoke abruptly, nudging Lady's head out of his lap so he could push up to his feet. He walked over into the kitchen to set his mug down in the sink, wanting to escape the awkwardness. // Jade's eyes oddly followed Adam as he walked into the kitchen, drumming her fingers on the side of her mug. "Halloween is pretty much the best holiday ever."-
Tsaaq: Hayley got up and followed him. "Yeah. Let's get ready for bed. I've had a super long day." She poured out her untouched coffee. She attempted to wave Hera over then resigned to picking up the kitty and carrying her. "I think I want to take a bath or something..." She trailed off.
Alexithymiaa: -He snapped his fingers for Lady to follow, watching the dog get up off the couch and walk to the staircase to meet them there before running up to the second floor. Adam waited on Hayley before giving Jade an awkward wave goodnight, making his way up the stairs. "Would you like me to draw you a bath?"-
Tsaaq: She jogged behind him and glanced back at Jade before walking beside him up to the second story of the house. "Yeah that'd be nice." She said. She took hold of Adam's wrist gently as they reached the top of the stairs. "I don't mean to be bitchy but Jade makes me super uncomfortable. After Bliss told me about the whole thing with her and Eli I just think that she makes shitty decisions." She told him quietly.
Alexithymiaa: (She never told him about Jade and Eli. He has no idea.)
Alexithymiaa: -He turned to face her on his journey to the bathroom to draw her bath, furrowing his brows. "Wait, what? What whole thing with her and Eli?" He asked, clearly having no idea what she was talking about.-
Tsaaq: ((That's what she's doing now man!))
Tsaaq: "So like..." Hayley trailed off, inhaling deeply as she continued to follow him. "Apparently Eli cheated on Bliss with Jade. And even though Bliss found out and Eli tried to y'know not mess up again Jade never really backed off. And I think that's pretty shitty of her." She told him. "And it made me sad cause... I always thought Eli was like the perfect boyfriend but I guess nobody's perfect." She said as she went to her bathroom carrier to look through her bath bombs.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam stopped walking when Hayley dropped the bomb on him about Eli, just staring at her back when she continued walking. "Eli... cheated on Bliss?" He asked her for clarification, in complete disbelief.-
Tsaaq: She frowned solemnly and gave him a nod of confirmation. "I know..." She trailed off, sniffing her various bath bombs even though they all were pretty much black and shit.
Alexithymiaa: -He looked down at his feet, his brain going a mile a minute as he tried to comprehend and process the information he was just given. "Wow..." Without another word, he walked over into the bathroom, leaning down to turn the faucet on in the tub, adjusting the levers until it was a steady stream of warm water.-
Tsaaq: Hayley frowned and went after him and went to stand beside him, putting her hand on his shoulder. "Are you okay Abs?" She asked him carefully.
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah..." He said in a small voice, turning the faucet off when the tub was full. He turned to look at Hayley, giving her a kiss on the cheek. "I'm going to go lay down. Come lay down when you're done in here." Like he was lost in a trance, he turned away and stepped out of the bathroom, closing the door behind him and absently walking down to his bedroom.-
Tsaaq: "Okay." She nodded as she went to pull off her sweatshirt, still giving him a worrisome glance as he left. She got nekkid, did the bath thing then when she was done they went to sleep and stuff.
