Blue Daggers outline – Novel 2
Prologue
Waves of aetheric energy roil over the Sector, temporarily cutting off all communications between Naxos and Cloudburst.  Drumnos remains contactible for a few weeks, then all goes dark.  The Daggers destroy the Cylinder in orbit.  Guilliman suddenly arrives to proclaim that the Sector has been thrown two years out of sync with the rest of the Galaxy, but Lord Commander Dante is now his Regent Imperial for the northern galaxy.

Act 1
At a roundtable with Arden, Beraxos, Lerica, Quinthus, and Drake, Guilliman and Cawl introduce the Reforms, and give Arden seven hundred Primaris geneseeds.  Arden expresses a moment’s discomfort, but Guilliman defuses the moment by joking that he’s at least aware of the potential blasphemy of it all.  Beraxos takes advantage of the moment to admit he is building ABX202020.  Quinthus is enraged, but Cawl encourages him to continue and promises a few Knight designs to proceed.  Drake keels over dead of a heart attack.
The Deathwatch Killteam joins Domack in a secret meeting with Guilliman later.  Guilliman reveals the Imperium Nihilo Reconstruction, and informs the assembled Marines that he shall draw some of their assets, along with a full group of 49 regiments from Septiim, to join the Indomintus Crusade, along with two of the scions of House Matraxia and two Titans from Legion Congelatio.  However, the Crusade first diverts to Oglith, where the rest of the next two Acts proceed.

Act 2
Mimic kills Atongwë, then Guilliman arrives.  Guilliman is annoyed but understands.  He sends the Primaris Marines in his force ahead to the Drumnos region in anticipation of fighting through the dust clouds there back into the heart of Imperial space.  The battlefield is descending into total chaos as daemons, Orks, Imperials, and a Glasian Cylinder fight it out on Oglith.  Guilliman leads the Deathwatch teams, Steadfast and Copperhead, to Oglith.  Mimic aids the Killteams and Guilliman along with assassinating Squiggothrider.

Act 3
Guilliman goes to Dawn-break after leaving behind enough troops to secure the Rampart system.  There, he collects duPree, Walsh, and Prinz’ forces and crushes the Glasians with the Indomitus forces.  There is a climactic battle against the forces of Tzeentch with Arden and Guilliman leading the Imperial forces.  Cawl leaves behind a secret order for Beraxos to begin researching the Ruin Guns of the Glasians.
Epilogue: Guilliman takes a while to speak candidly with Domack and Arden, confessing his extreme distaste for the current Imperium, but presses onward, resolutely.
