Fluff: When the Flux rocked the world the old Loar was destroyed in a torrent of fire and mana. Many of the citizens fled the once fertile lowlands that was the heartland of the Empire towards the mountain keeps of their allies the Dwarves. The Dwarvish king in his arrogance blocked entry of the refugees proclaiming he would not taint his halls with humans and that his alliance was only with Empire of Loar which clearly did not exist anymore not it's people. On hearing this decree the Priests of the Mountain Father rose up in bloody revolt overthrowing the King and letting in the refugees because of the Mountain Fathers wisdom.  The people of Loar flourished in the mountain keeps alongside the dwarves quickly adapting their culture and views to create a healthy symbiosis between them and the dwarves. After may years the human population has boomed with it's much higher birthrate with the dwarves finding at niche as mainly acting as priests for the Mountain Father who they have a deep connection to. They are ruled by Emperor Franz Corval the 8th a descendant of the original dynasty. They seek to reclaim their ancestral lands under the guidance of the Mountain Father who saved them from the Flux.
