  1. - To start, the motion violates the customs of the Third Crusade. Never in the history of the genre has anyone had the audacity to recruit the members of the *entire* genre into a private group, through the use of the @everyone command, let alone a faction. Seljuko implied that he was making a genre in his Mercenarios discord, which he linked in the announcements of TTC.

  4. - It should be noted that bandit factions are never considered "official" like factions are. In no way is it correct/legal for a bandit faction to be "officialized." They do not have a direct correlation with TTC in such a manner.
  5. - Secondly, the Mercanarios offer "assassination" contracts. In the past, when people have attempted to "take the place" of Assassins, Mithandir gladly warned them not to. This is a violation of the purpose of an entire faction. Let alone, this "Mercenarios" group is *promoting* the RKing for members who are in factions. In fact, many leaders (whom shall not be named unless necessary) have done some of these assassination contracts.
  6. - Thirdly, Seljuko has blatantly bribed the members of TTC to join his "private hangout/bandit group" with robux and gold. This is literally the same as going into individual faction discords and saying "Yo guys im leading a bandit faction join up rn." The TTC rules clearly state that bandit raiding when you are in a faction is illegal. *As well, as the recruitment from other factions.* This is a well established concept that Seljuko has blatantly broken.

  8. If we are going to have bandit factions like this, it is not fair to every faction in the genre. Everyone should be able to even recruit for their private genres if Panthamere is doing so.
  9. This is insane and unacceptable. For the third time, Panthamere has overstepped his place.
