Sometimes you can reconfigure DNS server to bypass crappy parental restrictions.
You can try spoofing the mac address.

The best is to reset the router but remember how your parents configured the router so you don't get caught
1. Wait until everyone is gone
2. Get a pen and push it into the reset button of the router.
3. After a couple seconds, a network should look like "Disney" or "Open" or "Default" should pop up with no password
4. Connect to the network and goto 192.168.1.1 on your browser or lookup the control panel URL on the internet. Usually, you will be prompted to setup but if you don't and it asks for a password try (username:admin password:admin) or lookup the stock password for your router.
5. Once you are in, try to configure the name and password of the network to what it was before so the devices still autoconnect and doesn't raise anybodie' s suspicion.
6. Reconnect to the network that you just resetted and it should look like what it was before and with the same password and now you unblocked the network.
