- Note: This patch does not contain all of the intended features, which will be added iteratively to the notes as they become available. Additionally, some features may be implemented in a partial state and as such are not ready for testing. When those features reach a playable state they will be detailed on the notes and added to the "Testing Focus".

- Major Known Issues:
- Players are currently unable to set destinations on the mobiGlas Starmap app. W/A: Use manual select quantum, ship 3D radar Starmap, or push and hold the "set destination" button for at least 10 seconds prior to releasing.

- Expanded bounty and assassination missions into Hurston.

- Added the ability to scan navigation points while in scanning mode.
- Added an early implementation of sub-system targetting.
- Players can cycle target to different ship components using SHIFT + T /Y to cycle sub-target forward/backward and SHIFT + U to reset to main ship. Note: Currently, this lacks UI labeling.

- Polish pass on animations for Recco Battaglia.
- Further lighting, art, and audio pass on the CBD.
- Smoothed out AI animation to prevent stair bobbing and teleportation.

- Ships and Vehicles
- Gravlev vehicles can now only be spawned at vehicle kiosks.
- Various art fixes for several of the Freelancers

- Bug Fixes
- The mission marker for Recco should now stay correctly on her position.
- Reduced heat generation for size 1 quantum drives.
- Fix for players drowning in some underground silos.
- The Karna magazine should no longer be mislabeled as Demeco.
- Other players should no longer appear t-posed in the pilot seat.
- Rifles should no longer clip into the player when they are crouched.
- Comms screen should no longer get stuck occasionally.
- MFD view snapping should correctly lock onto the right point inside the ship.
- Pilot view should no longer be offset occasionally when climbing into the pilot seat.
- The behavior of the interaction mode crosshair should no longer become erratic after using focus in a vehicle.
- Players should no longer take damage on stairs, when mantling, or when making small jumps.
- Updated titles to delivery missions so they don't tell the player to pick up and drop off at the same location.
- MFD focus should no longer cause the screen to become blurred.
- Stored ships should once again be able to be retrieved.
- Fix for instability in atmosphere occurring in the Freelancer DUR.
- The UI alert "shields down" should no longer get stuck.
- The Freelancer MAX cargo door should now have cargo.
- The admin office at Lorville should now have atmospheric pressure.
- Patrol missions should now update after the "hold" instruction.
- Players should no longer be able to jump into the underground facility pits and get stuck.
- Headtracking viewed from another player should now be accurate.
- Fixed bad hand position on the Freelancer turret.
- Fixed an issue where you could only edit a single weapon on the Freelancer turret.
- Orbital markers (OMs) should now properly rotate with the parent planetary body.
- Players should now be able to retrieve their ship after purchasing cargo.
- Players should now properly blackout when piloting Freelancers/Starfarers.
- Players should once again be able to shatter mineable rocks.

- Fixed 4 client crashes.
