  1. Once an ordinary mortician interested in interdimensional travel, Jebidiah Morningside became the alien [Tall Man](https://imgur.com/a/029421w) after a trip through the world of the dead. He maintains his mortician role during the day, but at night, he runs horrible experiments on fresh bodies stolen from the grave. Along with a crew of monstrous minions, the Tall Man commands a number of flying, chrome spherical weapons called sentinels, which he uses to drill, cut or beam his victims. Perhaps his most notable ability is the classic horror trope of returning from death, which is because each time he dies, an identical copy of the Tall Man travels to Earth from the alien dimension.
