| Section 4 - Screening Questions |
4.1 - Why do you wish to join the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office? (Minimum of 300 words): The reason why I would like to join the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office is that I would like to help the fellow members of my community. I have never liked any of the gang violence or the crime in the area and would like to contribute to fixing it. I have seen what the other side of the law can do to someone and have seen people who have been affected by it drastically. I feel like I owe more to the public and the world and being apart of the SASCO would mean I am making a difference. I have loved the way police in the area have handled situations and I would like to learn off of them and be apart of that community which is well respected and loved.

Another reason I would like to join is that of the many impacts that the SASCO have had on my life since I was a child. The SASCO saved my father when I was a child and helped me throughout with many incidents I have had with criminals. My father always wanted me to achieve more and said I would make a great cop so I am doing this in his name. I don't want parents raising children in San Andreas feeling unsafe whenever the child has left for school as it could be mugged or worse. I would like to be the thought of hope in someone's eyes and hopefully one day a hero like the person who saved my father.

It is also not just to help out those who have big problems but also those who need help in the area. The community needs more caring people who are willing to sacrifice their time to help those in need. Whether it be a stolen purse or a stolen car, they are both as important to that person so it is as important to us.


4.2 - How would you describe yourself as a person?: Caring, compassionate, responsible, reliable, helpful.

4.3 - What skills can you bring to the San Andreas County Sheriff Office?: I am good at driving and have been driving since I could. I also am pretty quick and know how to get out of things.

4.4 - What do you believe your duties will be as a Deputy Sheriff?: My duties would consist of patroling the whole of Red County, to put everything on the line for people who need it the most.

4.5 - What would you see as a valued Deputy Sheriff?: A person who repects all and is equally well respected back. Someone who follows the rules and helps everyone as much as they can.

I, Desmond Heath, as a current applicant and potential employee (if successful) of the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office, understand that any actions that are taken by myself in the field are down to my own personal judgment. This means that if a case involving myself is taken to the Superior Court - I will be liable for my own actions. This includes any damage costs that are put against the Sheriff's Office for actions taken by myself. (Reference 4.1.17 Personal Liability)

I will avoid OOC insults, and promise never to post against the training officer(s) while in the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office. I specifically recognize that all offensive language said in-game, and via Teamspeak, will only be interpreted/analyzed as pertaining to in character insults only. By posting a complaint against the training staff, I agree in surrendering my employment at the SACSO for OOC reasons, and I admit to a violation of an OOC contract. I also acknowledge that I can be removed from the SACSO for any reason, whether it is IC or OOC. ))
