Mekton: Really Complex
Rifts/Robotech: Loads of bullshit
GURPS Mecha: kinda complex, multiple editions
Jovian Chronicles: Seemed a bit complex
BESM: Not great
Mecha & Manga (Mutants & Masterminds): Not great
Cthulhutech: Terrible
Giant Guardian Generation (SRW homebrew): Not great
Mechamorphosis (D20 transformers): Seemed decent for TF
D20 Mecha (from White Wolf)/D20 Mecha Compendium (from Dream Pod 9): Seemed ok
Mecha vs Kaiju: Fluff is terrible, haven't tested rules.
Lunar Reckoning 69: Early versions seemed complex, haven't seen updates
