MAGICAL ITEMS: Priests of Quill may not use magical arms or armor, but they can utilize wands and staves as though they were wizards.

Clerics of Quilian Knowais are called Librarians for their tendency to keep vast libraries of books in their temples. They value the written word above all things, and preserve knowledge at all costs. For this reason, any cleric of Quill may enact a simple anti-vermin barrier once per day as the magical spell of the same name.

At 3rd level, the Librarian may attempt to read languages at a rate of 5% per level of the Librarian.

At 5th level, the Librarian may attempt to identify the general purpose and history of a type of magical item as per the bardic ability (calculated the same way as the 3rd level power).

At 7th level, the Librarian receives a +2 bonus to any wisdom or intelligence based proficiency.

At 10th level, the Librarian may comprehend languages at will.

At 15th level, the Librarians ability to comprehend languages even pierces ciphers or magical writing.
