  1. Okay I did a thing. I split up Rogue into two classes just like I said I wouldn't.

  3. WHY?

  5. Because the more I looked at Rogue, the more they were 1) too versatile and 2) had their irons in too many fires. Their toes in too many pools. Their hands in too many pockets?

They were competing with Hobbyist too much as the Skill monkey, their huge skill selection made them hugely versatile as far as build went for a combat class, and they could build two completely separate ways (one way which didn't really interact with their abilities at all, nor was particularly Dark-Typed).

  9. SO, I decided to make Rogue full dirty fighter, make a new class, and let Hobbo be "so many skill points omggggg" dude.

  14. Prerequisites: Two of Acrobatics, Athletics, and Stealth at Novice Rank

  16. Effect: You learn the Moves Feint Attack and Thief.

  18. Note: Acrobatics, Athletics, and Stealth are refered to as "Rogue Skills" as short-hand.

  20. Cutthroat
  21. [+Attack] [Weapon]
  22. Prerequisites: Rogue
  23. Static
  24. Effect: You may use Rogue Moves as Weapon Moves when wielding Small Melee Weapons or Short Ranged Weapons. If you do, Rogue Moves instead have the same Range as your Weapon. Additionally, you may qualify for Weapon Moves for Small Melee or Short Ranged Weapons using any Rogue Skill.

  30. Trigger: You hit a foe with Weapon Attack
  31. Effect: After the attack is Resolved, you may immediately use the Dirty Trick Maneuver if the target is within range. You automatically hit with Dirty Trick, but must still make an Opposed Roll.

  43. Effect: You gain your choice of Ambush or Cruelty.

  45. Street Fighter

  47. Prerequisites: Unexpected Attacks, two Rogue Skills at Expert Rank

  49. Effect: You learn the Moves Assurance and Payback.

  51. Scoundrel's Strike
  52. [+Attack]
  53. Prerequisites: Uncanny Agility, Street Fighter
  54. Daily x3 - Swift Action
  55. Trigger: You hit with a Rogue Move
  56. Effect: The target loses Hit Points equal to your highest Rogue Skill Rank doubled, and an addittional effect based on whether you have the Ambush or Cruelty Ability. You may use Scoundrel's Strike only once per Scene per target.
  57. - Ambush: For 1 Full Round, the target is Slowed, cannot make Attacks of Opportunity, and takes a -2 penalty to all rolls.
  58. - Cruelty: For 1 Full Round, the target loses 5 Hit Points upon being hit by any damaging attack.
