USI KSP 1.2.2 Mod list

KSP 1.2.2 Mod list for new test careeer April 20th 2017
The purpose of this build is to test the current state of USI mods by RoverDude and evaluate them for future use.

Mod list:
USI Constellation - This is a complete usi pack that can be gotten here: https://github.com/BobPalmer/USI_Constellation/releases

Added to the mix to help:
KSP-AVC - The mod version checker mod
Dmagic Orbital Science - to aid in getting through the early science research and make more interesting ships.
Chatterer - A nice ambient mod
Scatterer - Pretty much the same - ambient mod but visual
Planet Shine - Useful for dealing with ambient lighting issues as well as making things look better
EVE - Environmental Visual Effects (Not SVE Just EVE with the EVE configs)
Universal storage - handy with Dmagic and other functions
ScanSat - Vital for good resource scans plus kinda fun!
Kerbal Engineer (of course!) - Standard Mod I use
Precise Maneuver - Standard mod I use (Shout out to precise Node!)
Kerbal Alarm Clock - Standard mod I use
Space-Y Heavy Lifter and Space Y Heavy Lifter Expanded - To lift those huge MKS parts I guess? This will be the only other real 'part' mod other than the science mods and storage.

So let's see how this works! I will be trying to make a review of suggestions for USI as this goes on and hope this works well! First time I've used this without EPL.
