  1. Remember, if youre trying to lose weight you dont have to be in the gym 24/7. In fact, we know most people dont have the time to even walk from the mailbox to the front door anymore. So just do the little things to help you along. For instance, park farther away from the department store so you can get some sort of exercise in to burn those calories (steps instead of elevator, etc.).
