The "enough of this" letter

I guess it's time for me to make my first complaint on this forum, as there is a user who has been getting on my nerves: Metal Snake. Sorry, Metal, but ever since you turned tail and ran from SBC (to the MLP Forums, no less), you have been very, very grating to continually hear about. I am so sick and tired of your attempts to write up a "dossier" on people not willing to listen to your steaming pile of crap. Then at the same time, you be all like, "you don't want to fight me, so I automatically win!"  Dude, seriously? We keep trying to signal to you that you're bugging us to no end, and how do you respond? You try to make us out to be the bad guys. And I'm not the only who's getting sick of this shit, if the discourse as of late is anything to go by. Everyone is tired of you saying stuff like "you're a den of thieves!", and - surprise, surprise - they're all starting to tune you out. Don't believe me? Just ask some of the members around here, and they'll tell you the same thing.

You have gotten on my last nerve, fella. Start acting your age, Metal, because the way you've been acting is unacceptable.

I'm screwing around here, of course. Everything you just read above is a rewrite of the very words Metal himself used against me in July 2011 (https://i.imgur.com/ke0RY9z.png). They haven't exactly aged well, to say the least; nowadays, the shoe's on the other foot, and I feel that it's time to give this pariah of ours a well-deserved message.

I believe I speak for the vast majority of SBC when I say that you, Metal Snake, have the behavior of a child, plain and simple. I would ask you to do the obvious and heed your own advice from above, to start acting your age, but I know you think I'm talking out of my ass here. "Why should I listen to ACS after everything he's done?"

Simple: I've seen this type of behavior before...in myself.

For quite a long time, I made it a mission of mine on the 'net to trash SBC's reputation out of pure spite, from what I personally perceived to be a community with biased admins. While that's not, by any means, something to be proud of, that was the kind of person I was back then: a vengeful brat, not even in the seventh grade yet, whose go-to reaction to any type of rejection was to throw a goddamn fit, and continue throwing it until I was blocked or otherwise silenced from every angle. You know that. I know that. Anyone with awareness of my history knows that. And I feel that it gives me more of a reason to speak up than most around here.

Now, does any of that sound familiar? To me, your words from July '11 are now ringing out in a very, very ironic echo throughout that safe space you call your friend trio (which, by the way, it's also ironic that a conservative needs a safe space, but that's another story). The only clear dividing line between us is that, while I recorded YT videos with Hypercam 2, you write Google Docs. Similarly, you've also convinced yourself that your view of events is the only correct one.

While I was a literal child in body and mind, and was only beginning to learn the ways of the world, you must be as far gone as Todd to be mirroring my behavior at 22 years old. I genuinely want to be wrong about that assertion, but I don't see that being the case.

I know you'll probably want to write a Google Doc about this blog as well. And I'll be frank: I dare you to try it. After declaring that the Metalgate wiki page is "beneath" you, I dare you to demonstrate that nothing is beneath you, as you, Metal, are yourself so low and flat that the foot of man is incapable of crushing you. An even better idea would be to do it in private, as you have with your doc, to show that you also lack the resolve to stand up to me personally.

PS: I'm part of the group PM mentioned on the wiki page, wherein your doc was broken down piece by piece. So, yes, I've not only read it (multiple times, in fact), but I've also got context to conclude that what you're saying is a gigantic crock of shit. If you still want to call me ignorant for that, you may as well accompany it with an Infowars ad, because they'll be equally effective.
