  2. If the application stopped working for some reason, I have to determine if this is a bug from a recent update(our end) or from his desktop(client end). Either way I would need to ask more information from him before I could make any conclusion. My own PC my response would look like this:

  25. The same solution is applicable to both PC and mobile devices.
  26. 1. The first thing to do is find out what's causing the problem.
  27. 2. Check out the storage capacity and free up some space.
  28. 3. Uninstall unnecessary applications.
  29. 4. Close down apps and free up the RAM.
  30. 5. Monitor the perfomance of the CPU and RAM to find out anything unusual.
  31. 6. Restart your device
  32. 7. Reinstalling the app(clear your cache before you install again).
  33. 8. Make sure multiple security programs are not running at the same time.

  62. 1. Open Chrome Chrome.
  63. 2. Click More.
  64. 3. Go to More tools and then Extensions.
  65. 4. Next to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.

  67. You can manage yours extention from this url chrome://extensions.
