	Selesht, a continent of the plains and the desert winds. Across the sands trudge nomads and tribes of the east and of the west, united by a colossal and sacred city: the Holy Fortress Zanarkin, spanning across the width of the entire continent, and wielding great power over the whole of Selesht. Their land is a wall of pure unmatched might, just what is needed to survive and to thrive.
	Maisoh, a continent of forests and snow, where nobles have their lands and their intrigue... yet near nite under the banner of the Pays D'Or. Possessed of massive wealth and military strength, the Pays D'Or is an unquestioned power, their enemies having been crushed long ago and their coffers higher than the wildest dreams of many.
	These two lands are paragons of power, pinnacles of prosperity, in their golden age and their prime. They are at the zenith of their civilization...
	Yet these empires are not destined to stay that way. Soon, their downfall will come. Their fates inexorably linked, they will be privy to an event that will change the world irreversably and forever. They are going to find themselves clashing, and everything will come crashing down.
You may just be a mercenary or a guard protecting a duke in Maisoh... or you may be a retainer for a noble of Selesht. Perhaps you're something totally different, swept up along the way.
