It was clearly shady from the start but I wanted to get a full breakdown of how many places they weren't making sense at. Their claims are high, yet their designs are simple, their business is done by partnerships with questionable property sites for Spain, their offices registered to their business are inconsistent with their registration locations, their supposed HQ locations don't look anything like what their claims would support and one doesn't even show them existing at all, it all reeks very heavily of "shell company" coverage and property "captaining".
It's entirely possible that Fanandria Properties Limited is a shell company itself for a larger company, rather than the ones doing the shelling.

The whole thing just shaped up to be a max-profit minimum-tax system to "maximize your wealth", at least for the people who get to handle the money
