Hi, my (ROBLOX) name is TrustYourButt, and I'm contacting ROBLOX Support due to trust and safety concerns with a certain group.

This group has multiple safety violations that concern me about the safety of it's (majority) underage users. I shall list them down below.

1. Discord Invite. The group has an invite to it's discord right at the front of the page. This invite violates ROBLOX rules about offsite links, and it's not even in the Social Media tab. As their discord channel can contain some inappropriate content, younger users beneath the ages of 13 are at risk.

2. Inappropriate Content. The group's two main places contain rather inappropriate content for any ROBLOX group. For starters, one of their games, Site-17 is monetized using DevEx. However, it contains some rather inappropriate content.
https://gyazo.com/4e4e411da6604329ae4206fe18480408 shows one of the main inappropriate contents. This game contains direct syringes and drugs which have effects on the players. This violates ROBLOX terms of service and certain federal regulations regarding underage users access to the internet. In fact, most of this games playerbase is 12 or younger. The game also contains lots of blood and violent themes that are wildly unsuitable for it's main demographic.

Another site, Area-14, is possibly worse. The game contains drug references as well. This content violates the ROBLOX Terms of Service, AND COPA. Both games are also monetized. Site-17 is heavily monetized, with many gamepasses, and Area-14 has only two.

3. Copyrighted Material. Both Site-17 and Area-14 contain a single heavily copyrighted entity. "Untitled 2003" is a sculpture made by Izumi Kato, which was used in a picture for an entry in an online writing community. Both games chose to use the likeness of this sculpture for their "SCP-173" models. However, usage of this is a direct violation of US copyright law. While the SCP writing community falls under Creative Commons and is therefore legal to share, Untitled 2003 does not. This means that at any moment, if Izumi Kato is unsatisfied with the usage of SCP-173 in Area-14 and Site-17, he could easily sue your platform over it, which would be unwanted, to say the least.

These are the 3 main problems I have with this group. I have also heard allegations of an extremely toxic and unsafe environment, as well as possible sexual predators, but since I haven't been given any concrete proof, I've only put it here. I'd recommend taking action about this soon, as I feel like these violations make the site unsafe, and while I do not want to consider legal action an option, I may have to if these concerns go neglected.
