Where? 575 5th Ave Lounge - New York, NY --> Meetup Venue
Total Cost? $3 ($3 for attendee badge) / $18 ($15 if joining for Japanese Dinner + $3.00 for badge)

The N1 Grand Prix 2018 Community Meetup is a great chance to meet likeminded Netbattlers locally and otherwise.  From the MegaMan NT Warrior Trading Card Game to all of the MMBN installments, there will never be a shortage of things to do.

We're going to be bringing a lot of goodies to the event as well.  We've got 6 Booster Boxes and over 10 Starter Decks for the MegaMan NT Warrior Trading Card game, so if you're wanting to learn and play against other people, this is the perfect opportunity!

We will be providing 100% Saves for all BN installments and DS games at the event.  We are also able to back up save games upon request so you won't have to overwrite your progress.

Registration Fee & Refund Policy
================================
All participants get a hand-crafted N1GP Event Attendee badge (Last year's badge looked like this: https://i.imgur.com/bkUveyc.png) and this fee is to cover materials, printing costs, and lanyards.  We are not charging attendees anything extra for the Pizza lunch we're providing as that cost is covered by those who pledge to my Patreon at https://patreon.com/MegaMasterX.  Thank you to those who contribute to make things like this possible!

The N1GP Community will be going to a nearby Japanese Restaurant off 43rd for a community dinner.  Please bring $15-$20 for your meal. The N1GP may be able to subsidize a small portion of the community's meal in the event you are unable to pay, but this will be on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to MegaMasterX if you have concerns regarding this.

Refunds can be requested via Discord to MegaMasterX#6321 directly. Alternatively, you can use https://paypal.me/MegaMasterX and ensure that your First & Last name, Preferred Badge name, and a URL to an image to be used on your badge as an avatar is in the comments. Please do not reverse your payment through PayPal.

Event Rules

Respect the venue. Respect your fellow community members and do your best to maintain good sportsmanlike conduct.  Please do not damage any equipment at the meetup and ensure that consideration is taken for cleaning up trash and any messes. Please ensure you are participating in good personal hygiene.  We reserve the right to remove offenders from the venue without a badge refund.

Travel Considerations
=====================

If you are traveling by bus, please ensure you are keeping tabs on when you need to leave the venue.  If you need a reminder, please let MegaMasterX know prior to or during the meetup.  We are not able to assist with return travel or emergency accommodations and do not want anyone in the community to be left stranded!

If you need assistance purchasing a railway pass, please let MegaMasterX know as well.  We suggest obtaining a full day RTA pass.
