Description: Dennis and Anderson, who had just unsuccessfully attempted to rob a man minutes earlier, came across Kurt walking his friend Martin Eberhart to his car outside his home and demanded money. Martin handed over his wallet with $15 in it. Kurt then began searching through his pockets for money. Dennis responded by pulling out a sawed-off shotgun and shooting him point-blank in the head, killing him instantly, before the two ran from the scene.
