My story started with him one day when he dmed me that he was able to do GFX for my game. So we start talking.

He sends me a GFX with a Free Model Star Platinum Model; so like i tell him yo i dont want that and i need a photoshop/psd file so i can switch the render myself and not waste ur time u know

He completely dodges the question so I assume he knows what I am talking about and I proceed to pay him.

He claims he doesnt have it and would have my money back if he had a group.

And he proceeds to ignore me after that.

Later on I get to confront him with a help of my friend in a groupchat.

Claims I never scammed him. He still havent given my money back.

His argument is that I banned him off my server when he started ignoring several of my messages asking him to give my back or he won't get away with it.

And the thing is I messaged him 2 mins after he replied and not only that I had no idea he would be going around using free models in his gfx

He says he deserves to "keep" the money when he fucked up his clients order and refused to refund them.

He clearly made a mistake on his clients order, says he deserved to keep the money he stole from someone else and refuses to refund because he "spent his time" on that gfx with free model shit tapped all over it.

He says he didn't do it on PS but you admitted to that already, Why didn't you question me? your client was asking for a "strange" word that he repeated multiple times and you never quested or had "no idea" then says its his fault for being careful, in directing admitting to it again

So you actually admitted to scamming because you wanted to ruin your rep then decided "nope I don't wanna do that" and then pretend like oh I just wanted to ruin myself even THOUGH I dIdNt ToTaLly sCaM is a crazy dumb thicc excuse.

I did tell you want I wanted, progress file. You don't close progress files until you actually send the bloody thing; I am sure almost all GFX'ers know that.
