- Vale was laying down, on the soft grainy sands of the Desert, his back laid gently into the soft bark of a Arecaceae... Or a Palm Tree. He was beginning to look more into the biological compounds of Earth life, not just Earth however. Vegeta, and Namek were prime candidates, as well as Arconia. He was looking into them, as a side project, whilst he wasn't tinkering with his own body, or building a new technology. Which is what he would be doing this upcoming month. Something he had never touched before, as he never thought he would have to... Teleporation. The art of Teleportation is mostly fiction, but was now possible, as the Demon Lord has done it, and by his own words, Shin is apparently able to as well... As far as he knows at least. And his main objective was to block such acts. He knew a few things about Teleportation, and it remained the same, no matter what form of teleportation was used, if there were multiple of course. He would close his eyes, pushing his now sweat palms against the ground of the Desert, grasping at the soft grains. He would push himself up, and off of the Palm Tree, now moving to a standing position. He chuckled, as the grains he had accidentally grasped, began to fall from his palms, cascading back to it's bretheren.
- Slowly, he would begin to walk, Eastward, deeper into the Desert. He had to move his ship this time around, as the people of Earth were less than hospitable to him now, that he's made his presence known. He was the bane of this Planet, for the time being. More so than the Demon Lord, but he was serving him. So It was basically like he was doing his bidding. Which was fine, as It inevitably furthered his own ambitions. He continued down the barren tundra of the Desert, passing the occasional oasis, and tree. There were also rock formations littering the ground, every now and then. He rolled his eyes. It seems like the Earthlings prefer to make their homes in lush greeny areas, instead of a more secluded Desert. Humans confused him greatly. Their ramblings, and frequented Idiosyncrasy. They believed themselves to be so smart, but can't understand his own goals, and dreams. He was the smartest man in the Universe, a perfect organism, made of Cybernetics, and Organic compounds!... After a few more minutes of walking, a bright gleam came to his eyes, nearly blinding him. He raiesd his arms up in defense of his eyes, before lowering them. After a moment his eyes adjusted, and he could make out his ship.
- He grinned, and began to move towards the vast space ship. It looked smaller on the outside, than it actually was on the inside. It was circular, if you looked a it from above, with blue pods sticking out of the sides all around it. 4 on each side. You could see the docking ramp from here, and it seemed dirty, and rusted from all of the usage. He rolled his eyes, and picked up his speed. He wanted to get into his ship, and his laboratory as fast as he possibly could. He didn't understand how he found himself outside of his ship, each time he needed to start a project. IT was just random spurs, that came to him. After another minute, he was at the foot of his ramp. He looked it over, he could see muddy foot prints, and sand tracked inside. He chuckled. He began to walk up it; It was actually rather slick, which was odd. He even almost slipped on it. After regaining his composure, and balance he continued up and into his ship, wiping his feet on the inside of the ship before heading deeper inside.
- Walking past the docking ramp, pressing a button as he passed, he could hear the Docking Ramp slowly closing in on itself. He moved past, not bothering to watch if it shut completely. THe corridors of his ship seemed so quiet, and dull now that only those with similar goals to him walked their halls. He shook it off, and continued, turning right again. Down this path was an unused kitchen, and his Laboratory. Most people just slept in the Training Room, in the Gravity, or a Regenerator Pod. And the Regeneration Pods made it so they didn't really have to eat. So having a Kitchen, and a Bed Chamber seemed rather pointless, unfortunately. Perhaps he would outright remove them, and add them to his Lab, and Training room alike. Or use them to expand his ship's main docking area. Whatever he did, It would make his ship better, in one way or another. He walked down further, reaching into his left pocket. He would grasp the small red metalic key, and drag it out of his linen pocket. Slowly, he brought it to the key hole, and slid it in, turning it to activate the mechanisms inside. Pulling the key out, the door would slide open on it's own, without him touching it. He would walk in, and It would lock behind him.
- Slowly, he made his way over to his Desk, taking a seat slowly. Placing his hands somberly onto the hard wooden surface of his desk, he began to ponder how he would go about it. The risks of teleportation, was going to be a huge factor in deciding how he would disable it, and possibly even do it, i nthe future. Firstly, Teleportation is a theoretical topic, in it's whole form. But apparently people are already able to do it, so in a sense the theory was put to practice, long long ago. Teleportation is nothing more than breaking down all of your mass, at a sub atomic level, until nothing is left, sending it from Point a, to Point b, where your atoms are then delivered, and put back together in mere seconds, at point c. But... With that in mind, It's no different from killing yourself, and cloning yourself at a new destination. Which in It's own right seemed rather fool hardy. But that was Science for you, sometimes there was just a price you had to pay. And it wasn't always a good one, not in the slightest. Raising his left hand to the back of his head earnestly, he scratched at it, causing a white powderly substance to come off out of his hair. It was dandruff. He really needed to take a nice, long shower, to get rid of it. But that was not now, it was for later.
- In order to stop the functions of teleportation, one would be required to emit a frequency, over a vast impossibly long distance. A Sattelite array would likely be the best thing for it, but It wasn't such an easy thing to make, being a giant disc, that can disrup technology on a planetary scale. He knew this, and understood it wholely. He would have to keep it in his Laboratory, in a sectioned off area of his Ship. He had a space prepared, for 'forbidden' technology in a sense, so people whom visited his lab - except for the Demon Lord, of course - wouldn't be able to see /everything/ he made. It was a fail safe, indeed. Once the project was done, he would assume that it would be resting on his Ship, until Kokuryuu needed it. He wouldn't know how he would transport it, but he assumed it involved bringing himself to Hell, or just bringing the Sattelite Array himself. He was rather strong, so It likely wouldn't be difficult to carry such things around. He would have to start thinking about how he would create a Sattelite disc, efficient enough to halt transportation, on a planetary scale. He figured, if he was gonna do this. He may as well do it big.
- A satellite dish is a dish-shaped type of parabolic antenna designed to receive electromagnetic signals from satellites... With that in mind, the only thing he could really do is reverse the polarity of the frequency, to deny electromagnetic rays, and change the core function of the Sattelite Disc. It would cause a disruption in most things, he theorized teleportation could be effected by it too. The parabolic shape of a dish reflects the signal to the dish’s focal point. Mounted on brackets at the dish's focal point is a device called a feedhorn. This feedhorn is essentially the front-end of a waveguide that gathers the signals at or near the focal point and 'conducts' them to a low-noise block downconverter or LNB. The LNB converts the signals from electromagnetic or radio waves to electrical signals and shifts the signals from the downlinked C-band and/or Ku-band to the L-band range. So to deny electromagnetic waves, he would reverse this process, by not reflecting any signals, but receiving the signal, amplifiying the effects, denying the LNB from converting the Electromagnetic waves to radiowaves, or electrical signals, which would disrupt many things, hopefully Teleportation was one of these things.
- As per a good majority of his creations, he would be using a densed alluminun alloy for the base, and structure of the Sattelite Array. This way It will be light, flexible, emit wave lengths easier, and just overall look nicer. Though the latter didn't matter as uch as it's preceeding three functions. It would have some metal aspcects to it. Why? Steel, specifically reflects Electromagnetic waves, the core function of his oddly functional Sattelite Array isn't to receive EMP, IT is to deny it, and as such causea distortion around a large area of land, or in this case a planetary scale. He knew a little bit about how EMPS worked, from his dabbling in it, from creating Mines, for dispatching serious Android threats. Though as he was now, these were useless, and would only be viable in serious emergencies. He would drag out all of the materials needed, starting with a steel alluminum alloy, a few large sheets of this. He would begin to meld them together, and bend them into a circular plate, bending outward to the ceiling of his lab. IT was made in a way that could receive wavelengths, but push them out, amplifiying their power as it did.
- After a few hours of creating the sattelite disc, he would place it on a larger table, next to a Computer. He would link some cables up to it, and connect it to his Computer. Opening up a wordpress program, he would begin to enter obscure letters, tapping frantically at the keys. Diagrams would pop up, as he measured up how it would work, and programmed the Disc's core function entirely. It was a complicated process, and this was just to get the Sattelite disc itself to work! It was set up, so that It would draw electromagnetic waves from around the globe, and force all of those to emit their own little field of energy. This way, It shouldn't theoretically disrupt major technology, but It will still allow for the core device to achieve It's functions to absolute completion.
- Picking up the device, he would lay it down on the ground, out of the way, as he began to construct the wholely alluminum base of the product. It was alluminum for transportation's sake, as if it were heavier, moving it on and off of his Ship would be an /absolute/ pain. So this would fix that problem from the get go, and allow for easy movement of the decently sized Sattelite Array. All that was really needed, was to make a square box, with a hexagonal top to it, to fit the Sattelite Disc. The inner workings of it would just amplify the Sattelite discs current fucntionality. He would begin to work on that, soon after he melded the Alluminum together, using a little bit of his Steel Alluminum Alloy to augment the urability of the structure, so the Sattelite disc itself wouldn't cause it to topple over. Because that would be aproblem in that of itself, and would alsobe quite the pain. Something he would prevent. There were a lot o technicalities in this work, that if he didn't nip at the bud could be catastrophic in later functions of his device.
- In It's core, the box that the Sattelite Disc would just use radio wave lengths, devised from a counter top radio, to amplify the wave lengths emitted by the Disc itself. It was more of a fail safe than anything else, just in case the current power of the disc couldn't sustain the technology's application properly alone. And also as a way to stand up the Disc. After a few hours, of carefully connecting the two, It would be completed, more of a prototype than anything, but It was likely something he wouldn't want to make more of..
