II

Changes related to the voting rights of the Council & Abdication

I, Grand Maester Marcus Flaminius, hereby decree, to make necessary changes to the voting rights of the Council, the following Clauses for the Alliance:

I. To gather the Maester Alliance Council for a Meeting, it is necessary for any one Maester of the Council to send out a Summons to each Maester of the Council who has been active within the last 6 months.

II. When the Maester Alliance Council is Summoned and a Meeting takes place, only votes by those Maesters of the Council who have been active within the last 6 months will be considered valid.

Following the enactment of the Clauses written above, I hereby abdicate from the role of Grand Maester and further matters will, again, be discussed and voted on by the Council as a whole.
